What is your role?

What excites you most about working at Automic Group?

Working for a relatively young, innovative and technology focused company is what excites me. In the 10 months since I joined Automic Group, I have seen an impressive amount of development across our platform. This has been in response to industry regulatory change, which has seen us build and improve on our excellent service offering – to exceed our evolving customer needs.

What does a typical day look like for you?

My day centres around my clients, so each day varies quite a lot depending on their needs. Most days will include providing guidance and advice to our clients’ in response to their queries. This is a large part of my role as it often involves in-depth research to ensure that I am servicing my clients to a high standard and providing accurate information to them. Two other key areas of the role include maintaining our clients’ share register and managing the Registry side for shareholder meetings.

What do you most admire about your colleagues?

A few things come to mind, but the one that sticks out to me is the team mentality, everyone works together to deliver the best outcome for our clients. It’s a great, supportive environment to work in which I believe sets us up for success to best service our clients. I also have to mention that the vast knowledge and experience of my colleagues doesn’t go unnoticed either!

Where can we find you outside of the office?

I love being outdoors and being active, so most weekends you’ll find me on a hike in the Perth hills, on a coast walk or out in my garden (slightly plant obsessed). I also enjoy a good true crime documentary and going to live music events.
