Mr Dragicevich is an experienced CEO and business leader who has been involved in the improvement of a number of businesses, having previously served as Managing Director of the Wattyl Group, and as Chief Executive of GWA Bathroom and Fittings, Managing Director of the Red Paper Group and General Manager of Tasman Insulation.
 
                        Simon has a PhD in Physics from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters of Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Surrey, UK. Simon joined Archer in February 2024 as Engineering Manager, responsible for managing and progressing both the quantum and biosensor teams and projects. Before joining Archer, Simon spent over 12 years in the semiconductor industry as a Principal Hardware Engineering Manager at Microsoft, a Senior Manager at Applied Materials and Semiconductor and Quantum Engagement Manager at the University of Sydney.
 
                        Coby Hanoch is the CEO of Weebit Nano (WBT), a leading developer of advanced semiconductor memory technology. He has 43 years’ experience in engineering, engineering management and executive roles. Prior to Weebit Nano, Coby was Vice President Worldwide Sales at Verisity where he was part of the founding team that grew the company to over $100M in annual sales, facilitating its acquisition by Cadence Design Systems (NASDAQ:CDNS) for US$315M. He was also Vice President Worldwide Sales at Jasper, doubling sales in 3 years before it was acquired by Cadence for US$170M.
Coby holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Design from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
 
                         
                        Growing up, MyState CEO Brett Morgan wanted to be a physiotherapist but opted for economics and “a job in a bank.”
Fast forward a couple of decades and Morgan, 49, has built an international finance career that has taken his family—wife of 20 years Leisa and daughters Ashley, 18, and Darcey, 17—from Sydney’s northern beaches to India and now to Tasmania.
“I love chasing opportunities and experiences,” says Morgan, who has ridden a motorbike through the Himalayas three times, would have the Manly rugby league team as his Mastermind topic and took up running half marathons in his late thirties.
 
                        Sacha Laing, the newly appointed CEO, effective 1 October 2024. Mr Laing has over 30 years in the retail and service industry. Mr Laing has most recently been Group CEO and Director of Alquemie Group. Mr Laing was CEO at General Pants co when the company was sold to Alquemie Group in 2022 and was later appointed Group CEO of Alquemie Group. He was previously CEO of Colette by Colette Hayman, and has held executive leadership roles with Country Road Group and David Jones.
 
                        Stephen Kowal is the CEO and Executive Director of Atturra.
Stephen has been the CEO since early 2019 and, prior to his appointment, has held senior executive and non-executive positions in the IT and consultancy sectors since 2001. Prior to joining Atturra, Stephen led sales for the Australian and New Zealand division for DXC Technology, a US multinational business to business IT services provider.
Stephen is highly experienced across the insurance, banking, government, and natural resources sectors, holding several Chief Information Officer roles within the US, Chile, and Australia.
 
                        Raimond is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director after having served as a Director on the Board of Redox since 2013 and sitting on the People and Safety Committee.
Raimond is a skilled negotiator and relationships expert. He has overseen the development of Redox's largest bulk product lines and brokered the Company's biggest trades over his 30-year career. He has led the sales team through acquisitions, into new markets and products, and broken sales records.

                        As Chief Financial Officer, Ian Lynagh is responsible for overseeing all financial operations throughout the company, including Investor Relations, Finance, Audit, Compliance, Legal and Commercials.
Ian joined FINEOS in 2000. Prior to serving as FINEOS CFO, Ian was the Chief Commercial Officer, and held several other senior roles within FINEOS in Europe, and in North America, where he was based in Boston as EVP North America.
 
                        Simon co-founded Prime in 1998. He is Prime's Managing Director & CEO.
Simon is a strategically driven leader who has expanded on Prime's origins as a Wealth and Advice business, evolving the company to what it is today. Nan’s passion for delivering customer value and her determination to deliver outcomes resulted in enviable customer retention rates whilst regularly securing large annuity contracts, some valued at over $200m.
Nan’s ability to build a strong high growth financial business without compromising her values in sustainability and engagement of customers and employees is already evident in the remarkable performance achieved by ECS under her tenure ECS. Her leadership was recently recognised by her Cannabis industry peers by being awarded Cannabiz Business Leader of the Year for 2023.

                        Greg English has been Chairman of the Board since 2008. Greg is the co-founder of Archer, listing the company on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2007, and overseeing Archer's transition to an advanced semiconductor company. He has more than 25 years of engineering and legal experience and has held senior roles for Australian and multinational companies.

                        James has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and financial services. He previously worked at Westpac, where he served as Chief Strategy Officer and also Chief Data & Strategy Officer. Prior to his roles at Westpac, James was the Managing Director, Americas for First State Investments (then owned by Commonwealth Bank), and before that at Commonwealth Bank in Sydney. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he worked in the New York and then in the Sydney offices.
