Laavanya is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors with over 20 years of finance and leadership experience across a range of industries in both Australia and the UK. After commencing her career in audit with Grant Thornton, Laavanya transitioned into the commercial sector and most recently held roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at GetUp Ltd, and Head of Finance at Mamamia.com.au Pty Ltd. Prior to that, Laavanya was the Chief Financial Officer at Svitzer Australia. Laavanya is also a Director and Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee at Justice Connect.
Shane Ryan, previously Global SVP of Strategy & Innovation – Patient Access at GenesisCare, brings over 20 years of expertise in global oncology, focusing on breast cancer. Renowned for his extensive oncology network, Mr Ryan excels in patient care, research, and pioneering service models. His impactful contributions span precision medicine tests and clinical trials, particularly for high-risk breast cancer. Prior to his role at GenesisCare, he held executive positions at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre for a decade.

Raimond is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director after having served as a Director on the Board of Redox since 2013 and sitting on the People and Safety Committee.
Raimond is a skilled negotiator and relationships expert. He has overseen the development of Redox's largest bulk product lines and brokered the Company's biggest trades over his 30-year career. He has led the sales team through acquisitions, into new markets and products, and broken sales records.

Mr Jesudason has over 30 years’ business and executive experience. He was previously the Managing Director of Gaming and Group Marketing at Tabcorp Holdings Limited for 10 years. He also worked 9 years at Telecom New Zealand (now Spark New Zealand Limited) which included the position of Managing Director at Telecom Mobile. Mr Jesudason also worked at National Mutual/AXA (now AMP Limited) for 16 years where he served in a variety of roles from Graduate trainee to senior executive. Mr Jesudason is on the Advisory Board of Enterprise Victoria and a past Director of the Melbourne Football Club and Racing Victoria Limited where he was also a Member of the Racing Integrity Council.
Pieter has degrees in economics and finance and a long history as an analyst in energy and mining Markets. Peter has extensive experience in business case and viability modelling in wind and solar power in the 1980s and as a fund manager and corporate adviser since 1996
