We are excited to be able offer the opportunity to four recent graduates to join Automic’s inaugural Graduate Program and grow with us. The program is designed to accelerate career development through 4 x 3-month rotations across our Registry team enabling the graduates to find their strengths and passions.

We hire smart, committed, and passionate team players who are motivated by, and dedicated to, providing the highest level of client service.

JULIE PHAM

Why did I apply to Automic?

• It is a young company.
• Provides numerous opportunities for growth and development.
• Lots of learning experiences.
• Gives you a foot into the industry.

What do I like so far?

• The culture and the people.
• Everyone is young, easy to talk to and approachable, which makes starting somewhere new easier.
• How Andrew Wilson, CEO and Kelly McFadden, CPO conducted my second interview. This to me shows how much the people and the culture mean to them and the company, unlike some of the other companies.

TOBIAS OSBORNE

Why did you apply?

I applied for Automic Group’s Graduate program because I was looking to join a company where as a newcomer to Finance, I’d be able to learn and experience as much as possible. Automic has presented me with the rare opportunity to grow and develop within a wide range of rotations through its Investor Services, Customer Success, Managed Investment Schemes and Payments teams. This program appealed to me because of the chance it presented to develop extensive experience and industry knowledge within a rapidly growing registry making a serious impact in the Australian Financial Services and Registry industries.

What are you enjoying the most?

So far, what I have enjoyed the most about Automic is the culture. Everyone is so welcoming, generous, and humble. Seeing the company whole-heartedly involve itself in community initiatives such as Laps for Life and the eagerness of their Executive leadership to promote inclusivity, support and diversity has inspired me and helped me feel at home. I’ve loved how everyone has always been happy for a chat, eager to shout each other coffees and celebrate each other’s successes.

Why did I apply?

• Interested in the rotations in the graduate program to increase my breadth of industry knowledge.

What are you enjoying the most?

• The team at Automic are extremely passionate and enthusiastic about what we do here.
• No matter how busy someone is, they always take the time to guide you through tasks and provide an understanding of why we do what we do. They are open to new ideas and are willing to provide you with ample opportunities to better your knowledge and skills as an individual.
