Emerald Resources' Growth and Takeover Success

Emerald Resources NL, a multi-asset gold producer listed on the ASX, has grown significantly since partnering with Automic in 2020. With Automic’s support, Emerald transitioned from explorer to producer and successfully acquired Bullseye Mining Limited, reinforcing its strategy to produce over 300,000 ounces of gold annually. The Bullseye Mining Takeover 

Emerald launched its first share-based takeover bid for Bullseye Mining in December 2021, securing a 60% stake by June 2022. Automic transitioned Bullseye’s register to its cloud-based platform, ensuring efficient shareholder management. A second takeover bid in July 2023 led to 100% ownership by June 2024.
