Automic Group has appointed Andrew Carrick as its new Chief Customer Success Officer. He leaves Diligent after nearly nine years where he served most recently as Vice President, Customer Success, APAC. At Diligent he built out the Customer Success function across the Asia Pacific region driving phenomenal growth and retention. Andrew has extensive senior leadership experience within the SAAS industry and is a thought leader within the Customer Success community. This is a newly created role for the rapidly growing Automic Group, now the third largest share registry provider in Australia.

Automic Group Managing Director Paul Williams said Mr Carrick will be an invaluable addition to the senior leadership team. “From the outset we recognised that our business success is linked directly to the success of our clients. Our commitment and investment in Client Success will continue to grow as we evolve,” Williams said.

“With an extensive history of driving customer success initiatives, Andrew will play a key role in the enhancement of our market-leading service offering.

“Automic is well on its way to becoming the number one registry provider in Australia and providing a best-in-class experience for our clients continues to differentiate us from our competitors who are not thinking about and certainly not investing in Client Success,” he said.

Andrew said of his appointment, “I am incredibly excited to join Automic Group as their inaugural Chief Customer Success Officer and particularly ecstatic that Paul and the Group have had the foresight to bring on a CCSO. It demonstrates how Automic recognises the true importance of Customer Success and how it must be front and centre at any reputable SAAS business. I cannot wait to get started and play a part in assisting this talented team in achieving their next phase of incredible growth and beyond.”
