What is MFA?

MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) is an additional security measure to help secure your online account. MFA requires that you provide an additional unique code generated at the time of your log in request which will be received by either an SMS message or using an app on your mobile device. 

This system helps to protect you from fraud and cyber-attacks as in the event of a malicious actor obtaining your username and password, they will not be able to access your account without also having access to your unique code via SMS or app on your device. 

MFA has been made mandatory for all online portal accounts to increase the security of all our users' holdings and personal details.
