How do I consolidate/merge my holdings?

You can consolidate your holdings by:

• Downloading the Consolidation of Holdings Form (see below). 
• Contacting our office: contact us by email or by phone to request a form.

Please note you can only consolidate issuer sponsored holdings with identical name and address details. If you have broker sponsored holdings, you will need to contact your broker to consolidate the holdings.
