How do I change the address on my holding?

HIN (CHESS) holders: 

If you hold your shares through a broker or trading platform such as Commsec and your statements show a holder number beginning with capital X then you are a CHESS holder and will need to update your name and address details directly with your broker or trading platform. 

SRN (Issuer) holders: 

If you are an issuer sponsored holder and your statements show a holder number beginning with a capital i (I), you will need to log in or register for the Automic online investor Portal. Once logged in, locate the holding you wish to update your address for, then select the “My Details” button as shown below:

Once there, select the “address” option and follow the prompts to input your new address details. Then ensure that you move to the “Review and Save” section and save your changes. If you do not save your changes in this section the changes will not be made.
