How do I add my payment details to my holding?
To add your payment details to your holding:
- Log in to your Investor Portal, locate your desired investment, click on “my details” then "payment instruction". Follow the on-screen instructions to provide the necessary information for your bank account. Ensure you have entered the correct details by selecting "Review and Save" followed by "Save Profile" if the details you have entered are correct.
- Complete a Direct Credit Facility form: for Australian domestic bank accounts only.
Please ensure you have provided the holder number (either the Securityholder Reference Number or the Holder Identification Number) on the form and have signed the form correctly.
Once the form has been completed and signed, please return the form to our office via email or post.
