Where can I find my application/acceptance form?

If you wish to apply for a current offer, you simply need to download the relevant Application Form online via the Automic Online Investor Portal, or access it via the link emailed to you if you have elected for electronic communications. 

Once registered or logged in to your account, navigate to the “Documents and Statements” tab on the left-hand side of your screen as shown here:

Once there, you can use the filtering and keyword search options to locate the relevant form and click to download it. Once downloaded, simply follow the instructions on the form to make payment as directed and return the completed form if instructed to do so. When making payment, please ensure to include your unique reference number to ensure your payment is received correctly.
