What are the signing requirements for completing forms?

Individual and Joint holders: 

Forms must be signed by all registered persons on the holding. (e.g. John Smith + Jane Smith + Anne Marie – All three holders must sign any forms or instructions) 

Deceased holders: 

If a registered holder has passed away, the executor of their estate must sign on their behalf for any forms. 

Corporate holders: 

Forms must be signed by one or more authorized signatories of the company e.g. director or company secretary.
