I have a withheld/failed payment on my holding, how can I receive this money?

If you currently have a withheld or failed payment showing on our system, this will be because we either did not have any bank details for your holding recorded on our system when we tried to make the payment, or when we tried to pay to the bank account on file, the payment was unsuccessful. 

In order to receive this payment, you simply need to log in to the Automic Online Portal and provide your current bank details. Once your bank details have been provided, your payment will be automatically re-paid to you at the next scheduled payment sweep date.
