I have a payment noted as paid by Cheque on my holding but I have not received it. How can I receive this payment?

If a payment has been sent to you by cheque, you should allow at least a month for this to be received by you at your registered address (unless you are a New Zealand resident). If the cheque still has not been received after this time you will need to do the following: 

  1. Log in or register for the Automic Online Investor Portal and provide your bank details.
  2. Complete and return the attached Stop Cheque Request form to us by email or post. 

Once your form has been returned and bank account updated, your cheque will be cancelled and the balance repaid to you via a direct transfer to your nominated bank account at the next scheduled payment sweep date.
