How do I transfer my shares to someone else?

HIN (CHESS) holders: 

If your shares are held on a HIN, transfers will need to be completed via your broker or trading platform. Please reach out to them for further assistance. 

SRN (Issuer) holders: 

If your shares are held on an SRN then you can complete an Off Market Transfer to transfer your shares to another person or entity. 

Please refer to our Off Market Transfer FAQ page here: https://investor.automic.com.au/#/support/issuer and search for the Issuer of the shares you wish to transfer and select them from the drop down. You will then be shown instructions on how to complete the necessary forms, which supporting documents are required, and how to pay any associated fees if applicable.
