How do I register?

To register for a portfolio, click here to take you our website to begin the registration process and follow the helpful steps shown on the page, and shown here below: 

• Select the Register button to begin 

• Select the company you have shares/units by entering the company name or stock code and click on relevant company when it appears from the list. 

• Enter your SRN or HIN please ensure to enter the full number including zeros. Please note with a SRN the first character is a capital i and for HIN to including a capital X even though your CHESS sponsored holding statement does not include the X. 

• Enter a partial holder name. A partial holder name is any 1 whole word from the registered name on your investment.  

• Enter your postcode if you're registered in Australia, if you're a non-resident click on change country 

• Select the tick box I'm not a robot and answer the question you see with the relevant pictures. Then click next 

• Please enter your email address you would like to register, username and password. Password is to contain the following: 

1. Password with at least 1 number 
2. 1 uppercase letter and 1 lowercase letter 
3. 1 special symbol ( !“#$%&‘()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~) 
4. at least 10-20 characters long. 

• Once the above fields have been entered, click sign up. You will then get an email sent to you to activate the account.
