How do I consolidate/merge my holdings?

HIN (CHESS) holders: 

If you are trying to merge two HIN holdings, or wish to merge a HIN holding with an SRN holding please reach out to your broker or trading platform. 

SRN (Issuer) holders: 

If you are trying to merge two SRN holdings held in the same registered name, please complete and return the below Consolidation of Holdings form. 

If the two holdings are held in different names (e.g John Smith and Super Fund PTY LTD), then you will need to complete an Off Market Transfer form by following the instructions here:
