Executive Coordinator

We love self-motivated individuals. Your role will be to provide high-level support to principals and senior executives. This is a fast-paced role in an enviable working environment.

The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:

  • Ability to work in a team environment – essential
  • Exceptionally well-organised with superb presentation skills
  • Microsoft office skills including word processing
  • Relevant education – highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
  • Ability to manage workloads independently
  • A strong work ethic and highly motivated
  • The ability to prioritise and manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • An eye for detail
  • A problem solver who is proactive in their role (presents solutions not problems)
  • Thrive under pressure

Your main duties in this role will include:

  • Extensive file and diary management
  • Preparing and amending correspondence
  • Accounts and billing
  • Liaising with clients and professionals at all levels
  • Front desk responsibilities

3 years + experience in the legal industry is preferred.

Excellent salary commensurate with skills.
