Client Relationship Manager, Client Services

The Role:

Your role will involve working with Managed Investment Schemes, including but not limited to: Listed Investment Companies (LICs), Listed Investment Trusts (LITs), Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), and various unlisted funds. You will lead important relationships with Responsible Entities and Investment Managers and your technical expertise will allow you to ensure that requirements of the funds are always met in the most effective and efficient manner.

Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, this hands-on role will be responsible for developing and enriching the client’s relationship experience through managing a portfolio of clients. You will act with the view of being an extended arm of the client’s team, continually looking to understand their evolving needs and reacting by developing a comprehensive service solution to meet these requirements. In your relationships with your clients, you will be a valuable supporting source of technical, regulatory and governance knowledge and you will actively continue to develop your expertise across all of these areas, staying ahead of industry developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Service experience, focused on designing and delivering an elegant and differentiated experience to all clients
  • Coordination and collaboration with Automic senior management team and all inter-company departments
  • Identify and specify opportunities for service, product and system/platform enhancements.
  • Facilitating new business onboarding

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years’ operational experience in securities markets
  • Unit Registry experience in Managed Funds and an understanding of managed investment products disclosure and regulatory requirements
  • Familiar with compliance requirements (eg AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, RG97)
  • Client management, service management
  • Experience in securities/financial software applications
  • Qualifications and/or experience in company secretarial practice is highly desirable
