Due to strong growth we are looking for a highly talented and passionate individual who can effectively articulate how and why our solutions can deliver successful outcomes for our clients. You will work with our most important clients to support their strategic advantage in offering and delivering employee equity plans. You will support, collaborate with and in some cases drive the enterprise effort for solutions to employee equity or share plan management services. This role will require a whole of business development philosophy including sales management, marketing, partners and customer success to ensure the maximum value our solutions are realised in the marketplace.
This role has a very sharp focus on the development of service, business case development, value proposition development, strategic growth and work closely to ensure success of all opportunities through the complete lifecycle through to onboarding.
Success in this role would be measured by growth in customer acquisition, cross sell of services, improved client value, as well as outcomes including growth in service, pipeline and deal win rate.
